Thank you for your interest in the Connecticut Bus Association

The association is comprised of motorbus companies that operate charter, commuter, and transit vehicles in Connecticut, as well as affiliated companies that provide equipment and services to the motorbus industry.

The key focus of the association is to provide a forum for addressing issues of mutual concern for motor bus operators. This includes administrative, regulatory, and legislative issues, as well as business opportunities for members.

Some of the legislative victories which the association has been responsible for over the years include the elimination of sales tax on transportation services, the in-state fuel tax reimbursement for bus companies, the elimination of sales tax on buses used in interstate travel, and the sales tax exemption on the trade-in value of component parts. Each of these issues has saved member companies thousands of dollars every year, making an excellent return on investment for membership dues.

The Connecticut Bus Association would be pleased to welcome your company as a member. Please complete the downloadable application and forward it to our office or join online today. Thank you for your support.
